How to place your order

1. Scroll down to view your desired publication.
   
2. Enter the number of copies you require of each
   
3. Click the shopping trolley image to load your shopping basket
   
4. Scroll back to the top and click the checkout button
   
5. The order confirmation page will appear: check the details of your order are correct
   
6. Select your payment option by clicking the appropriate button beneath the order total
   
   1. Invoice payments: select the blue checkout button. This brings up a form for contact and delivery details, from which BITA will generate an invoice that may be paid by cheque or BACS
   2. Immediate online payments: select the yellow PayPal button. This brings up a form for contact and delivery details, which then links securely to PayPal where your credit or debit card payment can be completed
      
7. You must read and accept the BITA Store Terms & Conditions before completing your order. Please note there is a minimum charge per order of £10.00, which is necessary to cover processing, postage and packing. VAT is currently zero for all publications, but if ever chargeable, will be the rate in force when an order is placed.  A remittance with order is obligatory for new customers and overseas orders; cheques must be crossed and made payable to “British Industrial Truck Association.”  Payment terms are within 30 days of invoice date.
